Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for IT and Non-IT roles using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates till offer and joining
- Maintain basic candidate and hiring tracking records
- Work on multiple open positions simultaneously
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes
- Good communication skills (English)
- Ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. (preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Laptop + stable internet connection
